Hardware recommendation for UTM Home Edition

Hello, I'm looking for a small dual Ethernet machine on which to run Sophos UTM Home Edition. Any recommendations?

Thanks. Here's the system I'm looking at. Does anyone see anything in the specs that's known not to work?

Processor: LGA1155, 3rd or 2nd Gen Intel Core i3/ i5/ i7
Chipset: Intel H61 Express
Memory: 2x 204pin DDR3-1066/1333/1600 SODIMM
SATA: 2x SATA2 Ports
Card Reader: 3-in-1 Card Reader, Supports SD/ SDHC/ SDXC
Drive Bays: 1x 2.5" HDD/SSD Bay
LAN: 2x Realtek 8111E Gigabit Ethernet Controllers

Don't ever use RealTek NICs. Intel preferred.

Who needs a cardreader for a UTM?

I would avoid the cardreader; the installer often gets confused if there are more drives than 1 HDD/SSD and one installer media.

I have not heard of any problems with Intel H61 boards, but you didn't say which motherboard brand/model it is.

How much RAM? 2x tells me nothing.

What speed is your internet connection?

I'll find out which board is in it. I have cable for Internet, which is usually quite fast down and decently fast up. I'm looking around for something small and mostly assembled with dual NIC.

I would highly advise against a shuttle rigth ow. I've hit several ram compatibility and linux compatibility issues with them.

"quite fast" is not helpful... I will assume you're well under 100mbps though; otherwise you need better NICs.
If you expect to go over 150mbps, I would recommend a newer CPU; e.g. a fast Haswell or Broadwell i3 or i5.

Is your system performing well? From my point of view this should be compareable to a SG115. By the way: Where did you bought that computer from?
