Normally also a firewallrule for UDP Dest. Ports 3478:3481 is needed.

First post! This place has been very helpful to me so I'm attempting to contribute :-)

I can confirm that UDP Flood Protection is the culprit. I've been working on this myself last few days. Added tons of exceptions from the list here:

However, when I created my UDP services I had the destination set as 3478:3481 since that's the default way UTM sets it up. Once I created one for IN with source set to 3478:3481 it started working with UDP Flood Protection enabled. Hoorah! Thanks guys.

i am also faced with the same problem - can you clarify what do you mean by Normally also a firewallrule for UDP Dest. Ports 3478:3481 is needed.

This is what i made for the firewall on my end;

i have made some exceptions in the IPS section for UPD flooding (see attached)

do let me know if i've made the adjustments correctly.

Firewall Rule:

Source: Internal (Network)

Services: MS-Office

Destination: Internet IPv4

IPS: Skip UDP Flood Protetion

You have to do that for the reverse ports...
