Hi everyone,I'm with a problem on my company, that happened when on Microsoft Teams, i have more than 2 useres on same meeting.I have a lot of freezes and sometimes i lost the connection. I already made a lot os tests ( networking, ISP, etc ), and i think the problem is on utm.Anyone can give me some ideas to fix this problem ?Thanks,T. Aguiar
I think intrusion prevention is the point...
Try an exception (especially for UDP Flood Protection) for using this services
Dest. Ports: 1:65535
Source Ports: 3478:3481
Normally also a firewallrule for UDP Dest. Ports 3478:3481 is needed.
Olá Tiago and welcome to the UTM Community!
I like Steve's suggestion. Do #1 in Rulz (last updated 2019-04-17) to confirm that that's the problem.
Cheers - Bob

First post! This place has been very helpful to me so I'm attempting to contribute :-)
I can confirm that UDP Flood Protection is the culprit. I've been working on this myself last few days. Added tons of exceptions from the list here:
However, when I created my UDP services I had the destination set as 3478:3481 since that's the default way UTM sets it up. Once I created one for IN with source set to 3478:3481 it started working with UDP Flood Protection enabled. Hoorah! Thanks guys.

Perfect! It worked ! thank you all.
Great work, Samson - welcome to the UTM Community!
Please show a picture of the Edit of what you did.
i am also faced with the same problem - can you clarify what do you mean by Normally also a firewallrule for UDP Dest. Ports 3478:3481 is needed.
This is what i made for the firewall on my end;
i have made some exceptions in the IPS section for UPD flooding (see attached)
do let me know if i've made the adjustments correctly.
In reply to Subhaschand Itwar:
Source: Internal (Network)
Destination: Internet IPv4
IPS: Skip UDP Flood Protetion
You have to do that for the reverse ports...
thank you for this - it is working - specifically the UDP exception.
