Airprint not working

Hi everyone,

we are using a SG115w. So far everything is working well except Airprint

When I try to print something via my iphone and search for the printer it says "no printer found". I have already tried to open communication (firewall rules) in my internal network. Then at least I was able to see and select the printer. However when I try to print I get the error message "printer ist not available anymore".

Wireless Configuration:

- Wireless Network is configured as "Bridge to AP LAN"

- Client isolation "disabled"

- Internal interface type: "Ethernet Bridge" and the wireless network and LAN adapter is selected.

What am I missing? Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi Aktuator

Have you created a firewall rule for LAN to LAN traffic? If traffic passes through UTM, it needs a firewall rule to be allowed through UTM.

Allow "LAN (Internal Network) <<Any>> LAN (Internal Network)"

Hi Aktuator

The configuration looks fine to me. Have you checked how does Airprint work? And ports does it require to communicate with Printer?

Hi Jaydeep,

please have a look at me recent message. As you can see I have allowed all internal network communications: Lan <> Any Services <> LAN

So all ports are open. Printer is located in the internal LAN btw.
