Hi Everyone,
I am facing bizarre issue with sophos xg250 UTM. Most of user's can not access internet after few minute inactivity , their session remain connected but Internet does not work.
Every time they need to call helpdesk team to disconnect their session from the UTM. So again they have to login to access the internet.
