Sophos UTM - New interface from att fiber ethernet business wont connect

Hello,

I configured a new interface for our secondary att business fiber ethernet at our office.

External WAN - ATT

[Down]

on eth5

[12.244.109.114/30]

MTU 1500 · DEFAULT GW 12.244.109.113

Set it up to be on standby mode, and when I turn it active, it does not connect. Shows down. When i connect directly to their equipment from my lpatop and use the same info above, it connects and I have internet. Any ideas what I am missing?

Click on Aditional Adresses, than click back Interfaces

So I have to add this new back up wan to the main interfaces page as well as the additional address's page?

I mean it shows Down for a few seconds. When you reload the page, it shows up

If not, try to not let the link automatic (under hardware)

Hello, it never shows up, just down. disabled link automatic in hardware for that e5 nic and still nothing.

Have you tried another lan cable or maybe crossover. It seems very strange
