easy way to see all outbound ports in use?

hello, I currently have a very simple setup for my UTM9 where the firewall is configured to allow Any <-> any. I would like to lock it down to the common ports such as port 80,443, dns, time, openvpn. I have quite a few *smart* things including nest, xbox, roku, lightbulbs, etc. Is there a way currently to see a log capture of all outbound ports in use for a given time period like the past 24 hours? I realize i can lock down the ports first and see what stops working and check the logs then but i was hoping to be a little proactive and avoid the wrath of my family when things stop working ;>

You would have to log your any traffic and probably better to do this to syslog. You could also use the free version of iview although syslog on a client pc would be faster to setup.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have a qnap NAS with syslog abilities so I can do that easily.
