UTM Home Endpoint liveconnect is disabled

Hi All

I have searched the web and forum and unfortunatley unable to find a solution

I recently turned my home UTM back on after moving house and found my license had expired. I got a new home license but now my Sophos LiveConnect keeps saying disabled and my Endpoint clients are not able to update.

I am also unable to download installation package to add new endpoints

Hi, Tom, and welcome to the UTM Community!

It sounds like you downloaded an Essentials license instead of a Home license.

Thanks but i fixed it but disabling Endpoint Protection and Enabling.

Not settings lost and fixed the issue immediately. Cannot believe I did not try this sooner
