Unable to install Endpoint on new Windows 10 machine

Hi,

I've had to rebuild a working Windows 10 machine due to drive failure but I cannot get Endpoint to update itself. I've tried the "slim" and the "full" deployment links and both end up the same.

I have a UTM running 9.354-4 and when I download then install the client from the Deploy section, I end up stuck on the old v10 build. I cannot get the updater to upgrade as it states that the update server cannot be contacted.

I have checked the download URL matches my other machines, d3.sophosupd.com/update/catalogue/sdds.utm_91_ug2.xml and the username/password is correct. None of the logs on the firewall show an issue or any blocked accesses, and the log of the updater says nothing more than "failed to download".

Any ideas? Why is the downloader still downloading a version known to be incompatible with Windows 10, why hasn't it been updated?

Cheers,

Fernando
