I have a big internet connection problem.
I really need your help. The speed of debit of my Internet connection decreases day by day and is pass from 200 MB to 30 MB.
According to my research I found that it is the Sophos firwall which blocks but I do not know exactly how to solve this problem.

J'ai un grand problème de connexion internet.
J'ai vraiment bésoin de votre aide. La vitesse de debit de ma connexion internet diminue de jour et jour et est passer de 200 MB à 30 MB.
D'après mes recherches j'ai constaté que c'est le firwall Sophos qui bloque mais je ne sais pas exactement comment resoudre ce probleme.

Hi Yabinami KOLANI

Do you have the admin access of the Sophos firewall? Further, is it Sophos XG or Sophos UTM 9? If you don't have access to Sophos Firewall, you might need to speak to your Network or IT admin.

Hello,

do you see the decrease in speed if you download files via FTP too?

try: https://ftp.astaro.com/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.700005-701006.tgz.gpg

if not ... which services are slow?

Why do you think SG is blocking something? Which traffic is blocked by SG?
