Blocking specific tagged websites in utm will not be blocked with sophos endpoint webcontrol

Hi,

we use utm V9.508 and our clients are manged with Sophos Endpoint Control (SEC).

Blocking categories works fine, even when the client is in public wifi.

But when tagging f.e. netflix.com to be blocked or changing manually the category of this site to an blocked category this site will only be blocked in local LAN. If the client is in public wlan, he will only get a popup that this site is blocked, but it can be accessed anyway.

Any hints how to block this form everywhere?
