[2.870][BUG]VLANs do not show traffic in the online reports

which report? What is the displayed value? Does this happen always? Perhaps it is only an update problem. Did you see the same on V2.202?

if I click in a little window a larger graph opens.

The dashboard view shows a blank window as per the attached screenshot.

I can't get a screen shot of the other error until I get the small camera.

Sorry, I did not answer part of your question. I haven't used 2.2. I built this to see if I could try the beta in a vm environment and manage my portable ASG.

I can't reproduce it. Could you please search in the /var/log/accd.log for WARN and ERROR messages?

If it is always reproducible on your ACC, you could also provide us with login. Just pm me if you like.

My link speed is around 5mb/s incoming and around 900kb/s outgoing which might make response times a little long.

With the kind of help of Ian we have found bugs on both the ACC side
and the ASG side. The original cause is that on the ASG a network
interface has been removed. Both the ACC and the ASG have problems
to handle this change correctly.

ACC:

• a fix is being implemented and will be available with the upcoming V3
  
• workaround: restart the ACC daemon with /var/mdw/scripts/accd restart
  

ASG:

• a fix will be implemented and will be available with some upcoming ASG release
  
• workaround:
  
  
  
•  cd /var/log/reporting/rrd
  
•  this directory should be containing a corresponding rrd-file to the
    removed interface, (e.g. eth2: itfusage_eth2.rrd)
  
•  remove this file
  
•  after a while when the ASG does the daily cycle the ACC should receive the trend charts
