Problem to update FW with SUM on HA

Hello,

I manage a lot of appliance with SUM 4.300-4, some of these are HA pairs.
When I schedule an "Install firmware" operation, with an HA pair alone or in a group of devices, all the HA pairs are not updated.

The result of the operation is "ok" in the SUM side, and I see nothing in the up2date log of the HA pair. It's like nothing happens.

I have this problem with the latest version of firmware, maybe 9.310.

Any idea ?

Are the HA pairs the same models? What mode are the pairs operating in? Are you using Keep Node(s) Reserved During Up2Date (If this is enabled, slaves will not automatically update)? What are you seeing on the HA Status page?

I manage quite a few HA Sophos UTMs as well. Mine are setup to keep a Node Reserved. The Up-to-date process through the SUM on a HA units has broken the HA paired consistently to the point where I don't even attempt to update them through the SUM. I update the HA UTMs manually and then once verified that everything is working, I update the Reserved Node.

The HA pairs are all the same model in active/passive mode, no node reserved during update.

Nothing change in the HA status page, it's like nothing happens.

I have updated SUM with the last version 4.301, same problem.
