SUM Service down

Since several days my SUM service is down ...

You can reach the adminconsole over Port 4444 and work inside ... but on Port 4422 you can't logon because backende conn failed.

Inside of the SUM Management, you'll see that the  Sophos UTM Manager is inactive.

Firmware version:  4.104-10 

The system was rebboted some times ... but no success
