Sophos AP 15 flashing green and orange

I'm running a recent version of Sophos XG Home. I had the AP 15 working with it. It now shows inactive and I don't know why.

I hook up the AP15, it boots, then flashes orange slowly, with some spurts of fast green. So it appears there's network data. I have DHCP server set up on the port like the instructions ask for.

It appears there's no way to reset it. In the past rebooting would always resolve the issue but it doesn't this time.

I swapped ports to a known good port to rule out a faulty NIC.

Does anybody have a suggestion for how to debug this or what to do?

Based on your description of the LED lights, slow orange blinking means no connection to the firewall, whereas, rapid green blinking means network connectivity.

Do you have any devices between your AP and XG? If so, could you remove while testing and directly connect AP to firewall. If you could also share lines from your wireless logs.
