AP 55C

Hello All,

we have an AP 55C suddenly stopped working. we checked the port of switch was in error disable. changed the port and connected it with another port also went in error disable.

we tried to reset the AP 55C through RED-AP-RecoveryApp but we could not.

kindly help us how to recover it again.

Are you still experiencing the issue? What are the LED lights flashing on the AP? Also, what firewall and firmware are you setting it up on? Please note that the AP Recovery App is only compatible with the AP 10, 30 and 50.

No i am not facing this issue any more actually there was a loop in our switch.

Hi there,

Could you please let me know what speed for your connection to AP55C.

I can only get 400M with my AP55
