Turning OFF XG 210 will make an effect into your configurations?

Hi folks

 

 

Before we turn off our XG 210 appliance everything goes into normal, Lan and wifi can connect into internet.

 

then, someone tried to turn it off and everything goes wrong... no one can connect into internet but gaining ip address.

    Hi,

     

    if both LAN and wifi are affected, this is not wifi specific and you should check in the XG forum or with support.

    If it is wifi-specific, can you please add more details?

    • Which clients cannot connect?
    • Can you ping internally/externally?
    • What is the exact timing?

     

    Please also keep in mind that on XG, the APs require a permanent connection to the appliance. If the XG is down, the APs will reboot after a certain time.

    hmmmm

     

     

    devices connected internally but externally (internet) not. devices received dns, ip and gateway..

    before shutdown network is okay goes normal then after shutdown this is what happened..
