sophos AP on different subnet from XG lan

I have some offices using AP100C's plugged into the lan linked automatically with XG210's as an example working well.   There is another location that has an XG + a separate subnet at the other end of a point to point T1 linked through a couple cisco router wired serial/ppp interfaces.  Main office XG lan subnet is 192.168.0.0/24, subnet of the cisco router ppp interfaces is 10.0.0.0/24, subnet for the lan at the other end of the point to point link is 192.168.1.0/24.  Devices at both ends are able to communicate with each end and reach internet.  If a Sophos AP is connected to a switch at the opposite end of this ppp link from the main office lan where the XG resides will it still automatically communicate and populate in the XG for management or how should that be approached?  Thanks
