Wifi printing tickets

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if there is a method to configure the page printed with Wifi ticket authentification system.

We are trying to print each authentification separately but we have always 2 tickets printed in the same page (please see the captured image above)

We use a ticket printer that prints a long ribbon !

I believe you have to select amount = 1 on the 2nd row you will find,

Not sure I am correct, -_-

Unfortunately, there is no box or option in the page to make a print selection mode.

The window shows only the credentials created before being selected and Printed with the Print button.

if you printing through user portal you should get this. might be im telling about another device.. :(

May be it's about a sophos hotspot device ?

I'm actually using the XG230 firewall and I don't find a window you've shown.

Im using SG230. Any way, I am printing wifi tickets from

https://(firewall ip):(userportal port).

Login with your user name password which created on sophos. ( how ever u need to give access to hotspot printing vouchers)

Oh may be tickets and vouchers are diferent.
