Wireless on main router using Sophos XG Home in bridged mode

This might sound funny at 1st but here is my issue. I have just setup my XG in bridged mode which works fine using a ethernet cable on my computer. Now is there any way to have my wifi traffic on my main router to go to the XG instead of directly to the Internet ? Yes, my router is my main fiewall and AP located before the XG.

2nd issue I did not had with UTM 9.4 was wifi access through a hardwired AP (2nd AP). I have a LinksysEA4500 setup as a briged AP and I am not able to provide Internet access to computers through this AP. Sorry if it's not that clear , it's late and about to go to bed.

Any help would be appreciated

  • To be more specific , on the 2nd issue , I am not getting any dhcp ip from my AP (EA4500) which is physically hooked to my LAN with ethernet. So my main router that does Dhcp does not seem to be getting through the XG to reach my AP back to my wireless devices.

    Hope that adds more clarification.
