confirmation email not received

I have setup an account using info@solagracanada.com with Sophos Home.

I have not received the account confirmation email and it has been several weeks now.

I have resent the email several times and nothing has arrived.

I have tried using several browsers and email clients and still have no emails.

Does anyone have a resolution to this?

  • You could try adding:

    no-reply@home-mail.sophos.com

    to your email account as a safe sender, just to be sure it's not being blocked/deleted or sent to junk.
