Registering Sophos Mail with GSuite on iOS

Hello,

I've setup the exchange configuration for iOS and pushed the configuration to my iOS device.

When starting the mail app on my iOS device I have to register. After entering the password for my GSuite accout I get the follwing error message:

Sophos Secure Email supports the following ActiveSync proctocols: 14.0, 14.1, 16.0, 16.1. Your server supports the follwing protocols 1.0, 2.0, 2.5, 12.0. (Exchange995)

What am I missing, how can I access my mails with that app?

Please check this release notes for Sophos Secure email 8.0, where it is stated that it only supported below mail servers.

Exchange ActiveSync 14.0

Exchange ActiveSync 14.1

Exchange ActiveSync 16.0

Exchange ActiveSync 16.1

Hi Shewta,

thanks for your answer. I know that only versions up from 14.0 are supported. We're using latest GSuite setup with, and as far as I know Sophos Secure Email should work with GSuite email, so there must be a valid configuration. But the configuration you can find e.g. here

causes the mentioned protocol mismatch message. So I wonder how to get GSuite and Secure email work.
