How can I remove my IP 213.239.193.206 from black.rbl.ctipd.astaro.local?

Hello,

I think my IP is listed on your firewalls, I'm getting this error, how can I remove it?

554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [213.239.193.206] blocked
using black.rbl - IP

Thank you for your help. I don't see what do you mean as my question it is different from the one on the thread. My IP is still blocked by your products and there isn't anything I can do. I think a buyer can't trust your system if isn't real and blocks permanently IPs.
