order for email scanning

Hello All,

Which order policies get scan on central email gateway? (allow/block, spam, vip....)

    Thank you for contacting the community.

    The behaviour depends on how the policy is configured.

    But usually, it goes DKIM/DMARC/SPF/Header anomaly (VIP) before the anti-spam. Those are done before we accept the email. If the policy for any of those is set to reject, then we don't do anti-spam.

    Allow/Block will bypass the DKIM/DMARC/SPF.

    But ultimately the behaviour depends on how the policies are configured.
