[Sophos Notification] Advisory: Sophos Central Email - Apostrophes are being replaced with a question mark

We are investigating user reports of apostrophe characters (') within inbound emails, being replaced with question marks (?) when Smart Banners are enabled

Workaround

 As a temporary workaround, smart banners can be disabled.
