Some Sophos Central Email users are experiencing intermittent delays with inbound email.


Some users may experience intermittent delays with Sophos Central Email.

Current status

Sophos is aware and actively investigating to resolve. 

What to do

Any affected customers are requested to raise a support case and to mention this KBA.

    Sophos has implemented a fix. Queues are being processed in realtime and email flow should return to normal levels shortly.

    Queues are now back to regular levels. Sophos will continue to actively monitor the situation.
