Sophos Secure Email not sending follow up notifications

Hey all, new to the forum, apologies if I break any rules. I did search before posting but couldn't find anything.

 

We use Sophos Mobile with the Secure Mail App but are having some trouble with notifications. When an email is received a notification is sent to the phone as expected, however any further emails do not prompt a second notification.

 

This is across all our Android phones (no iOS on site), other mail clients work as expected.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
