I just want to ask if someone encounter like this
"Zimbra Mail Logs"
Incoming Email is good but not the Outgoing due to this.
Before its working but suddenly one day its become like that, Sophos refused the connection even i dont change anything.

If the Email rate was high from a single Email account, this might happen. But you will see this error going away without making any changes.

Would you tell us more about the setup? How does your Internal server try to send an Email to Sophos? Further, if you can share screenshots, that would be great.
