Apply DMARC Policy to a Specific Domain

Hi all,

In terms of inbound emails, is it at all possible to apply a separate DMARC policy to a specific domain.

Situation is that client is receiving emails that impersonate their email addresses. When these arrive we want to quarantine them.

When any other email arrives that fails DMARC we just want to append the subject with "SUSPECTED SPAM". Is there a way to have these 2 different DMARC policies based on domain?

  • As far as I know DMARC is associated with you DNS Registar Records so you cannot have 2 records on one domain.

DMARC is either Spam or Reject so I can see your dilemma.

Do you have SPF and DKIM enabled?

    Respectfully,
