How to setup MX records for Google APP

Dear All,

We are surfing with a technical difficulty that how to setup MX records for Google APP on a subdomain becuase any of DNS management companies are not allowing to do this.

How I did:

Under the main domain, I configured Sophos Central MX records and Mail are going till to Sophos central. It is tested. 

Now As per guide I added a "delivery destination and port, enter MX, and the value multi-route.<yourdomain.com> on Port 25"

Now the issue is coming that where will configure Google Records? I created a subdomain "multi-route.<yourdomain.com>" but DNS management is not allow me to updated the MX under a subdomain or CNAME.
