Exchange shared mailboxes utilizing AD Sync.

When doing the AD Sync to Sophos Central, I noticed it wasn't pulling in any of our shared mailboxes in Exchange 2013.  Then I realized it's probably because they are disabled in AD, but that's how Microsoft always does it when you convert a regular mailbox into a shared mailbox.  Sames goes if you create a new one.

I've searched around the forums and KB articles, but can't find any mention of this scenario.  

Do you just manually create the account in Sophos Central and bypass the AD Sync tool?
