It's seems that the category for "Sexually Explicit" content can be easily bypassed on a PC running Cloud Web Gateway.
My policy is set to block anything categorized as "Sexually Explicit", this works correctly if you visit the URL directly, however just by searching Google for the same website you can gain full access.
The logs for CWG show that the website accessed via Google is "uncategorized".
I raised a support ticket with Sophos Support yesterday, who did not have the faintest idea why this was happening. After being told my ticket would be updated and escalated i have received no further communication.
Seriously unimpressed by the Sophos support so far.
