Migrated Systems Windows 7 to Windows 10

We have multiple systems registered on the Sophos Dashboard Console which are running Windows 7 . Our Local Workplace are now migrating to Windows 10.

Sophos is not overwriting the existing system on the Console its creating a Duplicate Entry one with Windows 7 + Windows 10.

Anything to Fix this stuff?

Hello skyisbluescreen,

you are referring to endpoints managed by Central, aren't you (as you still have a large SESC installation)?
Did you migrate from 7 to 10 or reinstall the OS?

Basically we have migrated some systems to Cloud and that were on Windows 7;

However recently Workplace is performing Windows 10 OSD on the same systems. So Sophos Cloud is making a New Entry on Dashboard for the System.

One with Windows 7

One with Windows 10.
