Perform "CleanUp" on all computers?

I can't find an answer for this so I'm asking.

I have over 1500 machines in my Sophos Central.

Hundreds of them have PUAs or some sort of malware detected on them.

How can I clean these system with only a few clicks?

All the instructions I can find say I have to clean them one at a time. That is simply impossible.

I don't think that this is currently available, there may be a good reason for this, I don't know.

But, why not put it on the ideas list at: https://ideas.sophos.com/forums/428821-sophos-central

Any Idea...?When Will they Turn on this Feature?

We are about to migrate 10 K + Systems and amount of PUAs we are expecting is going to be Huge. Manually Cleansing is not a Option Permitting the PUA is a Risk :(
