RCA for Sophos Central Incident - late July/early August

Why did this take until October 13th to be released when the issue was first noted in July 2017?

In the KB it was said: "We have conducted a detailed review of the incident and have created a plan to improve operations and prevent this kind of issue in the future." Can you detail out to us the plan to improve your operations and how you're going to prevent this kind of issue in the future?

I agree with Trevor - we need answers.

There are many things that we're doing to improve our scalability and reliability, which include scaling our infrastructure, organization and more targeted investments in specific technologies and techniques. Here after is it possible to have a Health check Status from Sophos on all these elements?

As,

1. We will be spending lot of time internally to figure out if its our Network Infra Issue

2. When we work with Support at very first the Individual agent too has no clue of the issue being at Sophos end Rather than customer premise.
