We are an MSP that currently has all of its customer's machines protected by Sophos Central Endpoint Advanced and InterceptX. All of the endpoints exist under a single 3-year term license account. We would like to transition all of them to their own individual MSP Connect Flex monthly accounts.
Aside from the nightmare-ish prospect of uninstalling and reinstalling the software a machine at a time (with its complement of 3-4 reboots), has anyone found an efficient and consistently successful to way to do this?
