Incorrect Last User listed in Sophos Central

I have users who shared their custom install URL and how have several machines showing an incorrect "Last User" in the Sophos Central console tool. How can I correct that without forcing the user to reinstall?

  • Hi Ben Luke,

    I believe you used the email link from a user to install it on multiple clients. It should generally change the user details once the new user logs into the PC after the installation.

    Please check if the user details are updated once the new user log's into the client machine and the client communicates to the central. You can reach our support to check if this is not automatically updating.

    You can manually assign the user's if you wish,
