SOPHOS Central Email - outbound smtp relay (seen from customers perpective)

hi there, 
 
 currently we are moving from sec based web and mail security to sophos central. one last step has to be done: moving from mail appliance to sophos central email. 
 reading a lot of articles searching for the term of outbound smtp relaying emails of our compnay mail server we still do not have any valid answers. 
 SOPHOS: all your documentation is about inbound mail routes (via mx ....) and relaying inbound mails. where is the part of relaying outbound mails (seen from customers perspective) ?

I am reading and working on it, and found that only inbound MX flow only, but don't see any outbound MX flow protection. Does anyone see this and advise please?

 any updates about this topic. since a recent update i found this in our german language personalized gui:

so this switch means "only inbound" - is this a joke ? 
 where is the possibility to relay outbound mails - where is the switch for outbound relay ???
