How to exclude disabled AD accounts using the Sophos Central AD Sync Tool

The company I work for has decided to start rolling out the Sophos Central AD-Sync tool to our customers. We have noticed that disabled AD accounts are still synced up to sophos central. I did verify that these accounts did not have any roles assigned to them inside of Sophos Central. The AD Sync version we are using is 3.1.11.0. Any ideas how to prevent disabled accounts from syncing?

  • As far as i know, AD Sync should not sync Disabled Users at all.

    There is a "Fixed" Filter in AD Sync, which should prevent AD Sync to sync Disabled Users in the first place.
