I selected 'Controlled Updates Manually - Currently selected'... and I can't exactly revert that setting..

Furthermore.. any detail to how often it updates (time cycle/iteration perspective.. aka every 'x' minutes).. or anything.. is kind of lacking on the docs/help...

    der... if you scroll down... .. way down.. (silly from Sophos.. to be honest.. depends on someone's res and how far down it is..) you can just click 'resume autoupdate'.. Don't know why the resume button was around the same area on the screen.. surface real-estate wise..
