Exclude Customer from Sophos Central Alerts

We have several clients that purchase Sophos AV & Firewall licensing through us, however we don't actively manage the products for them. Is it possible to keep a client listed in Sophos Central so we can manage licensing (and ideally get licensing alerts) but prevent day to day AV & firewall alerts from showing up in the main Sophos Central Dashboard's Alerts? Essentially keep 2 separate groups of clients, managed and unmanaged.
