Access Danied (Manage Sophos Central)

Hi, this is Francisco at TI SEC Consulting (Mexico Silver Partner)

Now i need to bring a endpoint protection license to my client, but happens that when i click on my "Manage Sophos Central" immediately appears this message:

"Access Denied You do not have sufficient privileges to access this page. If you believe you should be able to access this page, please contact your Sophos Account Manager"

 

Please, can some one help me with this
