[Sophos Notification] Sophos Advisory: Some Sophos Central Enterprise Dashboard administrators are unable to log in after successfully resetting their password

Hi Community,

Sophos is aware of an issue where some Sophos Central Enterprise Dashboard administrators have been unable to log into the Enterprise Dashboard even if they have successfully reset their password.

The error seen is "Authentication Failed" even when entering in the correct and newly changed password.

Our team is actively working on resolving this issue.
