Phish Threat Training URL List

Hi,

I created a new Phish Threat Training, I listed out just my email address to test this, I got the email and clicked on the link however the address is blocked by the firewall in country blocking. Now I know I could bypass this or create an exception in the firewall but I would prefer to have a pre-defined list for where the training urls are, does anyone know if that exists?
