Sophos Central (Mobile module) slow page loading

Hey Everyone,

for about a week now our Sophos central site's mobile module has been slower than slow(every page load takes about 30-60 seconds) .. which as you can imagine is becoming rather annoying.

Is this a known issue; anything I can about this problem?

Can you please confirm me if this is seen with any specific set of browsers? If you are using Chome, can you try using it in incognito mode and let me know if see any difference in the performance?

A good morning Gowtham Mani,

First off - thank you for your response, I am indeed using chrome. Currently, in non-incognito mode the problem still exists.

When I load the same page in incognito mode the problem is solved. (which already is a great help, thanks!)

If I can assist in any way in the bug fixing then do let me know.

Apologies for the late(r) reply,

So far I tested on microsoft edge and microsoft explorer and chrome; the slow loading issue only occurs on chrome (I tested with all extensions turned off; this did not alleviate the slow loading problem in any way)

We believe this could be due to the behaviour of the browser as we did not find any issue with our backend services. However, we are constantly monitoring to check if anything can be done from our end regarding this.
