Update: Issue is resolved at January 4, 2019 10:00 AM EDT.
The Brazil Claro network carrier provider has been identified by our SMS messaging team as having communication issues with the delivery of Central SMS.
Customers and Partners can chose another method to use, such as email or google authenticator until the SMS issue with this carrier is resolved.
This KBA will be updated when more information becomes available. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
