Hi Community,
Some US Regional Database customers have reported seeing an intermittent error with the AD Sync function in Sophos Central:
- Failed active directory synchronization. Reason: System.Exception: Error reading object [s3://central-prod-us-east-2-cloudstation-adsync-datastorage/ba9d12d1-840e-4f87-817b-1b439b20ea0f/39896117504792458790437557485357]
This issue appears to be intermittent, and if customers retry the sync, it may work again.
Engineering is investigating and we will provide further information as we get additional information.
