Sophos Central + Windows Defender compatibility

Question

Hi, I just have used Sophos and achieved not having any viruses on my system. Should I also deactivate windows defender? It is turned on after a windows update.

Hi Thiago Santos, 
 Which update are you referring to? Are you using Windows Server 2016 perhaps? If so, please have a look at this entry . 
 Otherwise, could you please ensure Sophos Central is healthy (via the Endpoint --> About--> Run diagnostic tool) , as well as in Central)? Windows Defender should automatically detect 3rd party AVs and change accordingly.
