Hi everyone,
PC running XP Pro SP3 is failing install with error code 153.
According to this page:
| The installer package is out of date. | The timestamp on the installer package is out of date. | A check is performed against the installer to ensure it has been downloaded within the last three months. If this message is triggered ensure you download a new version of the installer from Sophos Central. Note: An issue has been seen where the timestamp on the computer is slightly later than the timestamp of the installer package, and this will trigger this same error. If seen wait for a small period of time (e.g. 10 seconds) and retry the installer. |
However I was downloading the package directly from Sophos Central.
