Endpoint and Central account synchronization

My SOPHOS endpoint does not automatically scan, I have to do that manually.

 

But that's not my major problem.

I carried out an activity some hours ago on my PC. My endpoint blocked me from accessing a particular site. Said it was under the category "hacking". I have exempted this site from this, but it keeps happening. I found out later, that on my central account (when I tried to look at the problem from there), the last activity on my account was several days ago. I refreshed, scanned, tried to update from my central account and the endpoint. It was still the same problem.

 

 

Anyone with ideas can help please. It's an emergency.
